Our buffet offers you a selection of fresh fruit, freshly baked bread, bread rolls and croissants. Various yoghurts, mueslis and toppings, Birchermüesli nach Balm Art, to design your breakfast exactly to your taste. A delicate selection of the finest meat and cheese specialities from the region and the world-famous Dubler Mohrenköpfe (chocolate kisses). Every day we prepare egg dishes to your liking. We offer you aromatic coffee, a selection of fine teas and juices.

We know that every guest has individual preferences and dietary requirements. That is why we also offer gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian options on request. Please let us know when booking so that we can arrange the appropriate wishes for you.

Our bright and inviting breakfast room offers you the perfect setting to enjoy your breakfast to the full. In summer, you can also have breakfast on our flower terrace and start the day with a beautiful view of the greenery.

Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:30 to 10:00. For early risers, we can serve breakfast earlier on request.
